exchange policy
Since all of our products are personalized just for you, all SALES ARE FINAL
and cannot be canceled or returned. It is very important that you double check your work prior to placing orders. We will not process your order until we've received an email confirmation from you after you've viewed a proof. After which, this order cannot be returned for copy errors or because the colors of the product look different than you thought. As mentioned on all of the product and ordering pages, color will vary by computer and printer.
However, Golden Opportunity Enterprises LLC ("DBA HauteMammas.com") will accept an exchange if there was damage to the product via shipping or if there is an issue with quality.
- HauteMammas.com will exchange all merchandise that was
defectively manufactured or damaged in shipping within 30 DAYS OF
PURCHASE only if there is a demonstrate-able defect of manufacture or obvious damage due to shipping. If you believe your merchandise was defectively manufactured, please call or email to inform us and to receive an RMA number. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will either ship you the exchanged item requested or issue you a merchandise credit for the product(s) being returned. This process may take up to two weeks. Once the return has been inspected and received a credit will be issued to your credit card.
- IN ORDER TO EXCHANGE MERCHANDISE, YOU MUST FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS SET FORTH BELOW. Packages with no RMA will be refused.
- HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE
After reading the above, if you believe you qualify for an exchange YOU MUST FOLLOW THESE STEPS EXACTLY:
Go the Contact Us section on our website and submit a request to our Customer Service Department.
You will need the following items to submit a request:
1. If you believe you have defective or damaged merchandise or if the product was damaged via shipping, describe the problem.
2. Provide the invoice number and date
3. Product Description, sizes and quantities purchased
4. Amount you paid for these products
You should receive a response within 24-48 hours.
We will email you back with an RMA number.
Once you have been given an RMA number:
YOU MUST FOLLOW THESE STEPS EXACTLY:
- Write "RMA" and the RMA number on the outside of your return box (not on your original packaging!)
- The following must be included in your return package along with your merchandise: a copy of your written RMA Request Form, a copy of your receipt , and your written (email) request for the exchange. If your package did not come with a receipt because it was a gift, simply provide us with your order number (found on your gift receipt or mailing label) along with your name, and address.
For your protection, we recommend you ship your return package via insured/certified mail or UPS/FedEx ground service, so you have a record of the package.

NOTE: Customer is responsible for paying any packaging costs associated with returning the product to us in perfect condition, unless the reason for return is damage due to shipping so please handle items with care.
